What is your shipping policy?
Standard Orders: All pieces are made to order and will have a processing time from 7-10 Business Days.
Personalized Orders: For customized or personalized pieces processing times will be listed on the product page.

What is 14K Gold-Filled?
Gold-filled is a commonly used term for a metal that has a solid layer of 14K gold around it. Unlike gold-plated, it will not peel or chip over time. Our jewelry is created from 5-10% 14K solid gold over brass which makes it safer for sensitive skin.
How do I clean my jewelry?
Gold-filled will not peel or chip like plated jewelry and should not tarnish easily. Keep your gold filled jewelry away from humidity and lotions/perfumes as these can oxidize your piece. When not in use store 14K gold- filled jewelry in a dry, air-tight container.
Sterling silver does tend to tarnish over time, but will actually keep its shine the more it is worn! When not in use store sterling silver jewelry in a dry, air-tight container.
However, from time to time you may want to clean your jewelry from everyday wear, all you need is mild soap and water. To give your jewelry it's perfect shine it is recommended to use a non-abrasive polishing cloth.
Am I able to remove my Permanent Bracelet?
Your Permanent Bracelet will have to be cut off with a pair of nail clippers or wire cutters. Don't pull a Love is Blind and rip it off (IYKYK)! Make sure you are ready to have it removed as it would have to be welded again to go back on. If you take off your chain and decide that you would like to have it as a regular bracelet we can add a clasp for $8!
What if I need an MRI?
If you require an MRI or other medical procedure, you can easily remove your Permanent Bracelet by cutting the welded jump ring with nail clippers. If you currently have a medical condition that requires MRIs, radio-graphs of the wrist or a scheduled surgery, we do not recommend getting a permanent bracelet.
What if it breaks?
In the event your bracelet breaks within the first week, we will re-weld the bracelet at no cost to you! Please make sure you hold onto the chain. After your first free re-weld any others will be $12.
These bracelets are non-refundable and we are not liable for normal wear and tear.

My bracelet broke and I cant find it, what can I do?
We’re so sorry to hear that! Unfortunately, lost bracelets will not be replaced and a new chain will need to be purchased.
